How to change the background on my cpu cooler screen?
You can change your CPU cooler screen background using the NZXT-ESC Web Integration. In the Background tab, choose a solid color or gradient, upload local JPG/PNG/GIF/WebP/AVIF/MP4 files, paste a media URL, or search GIPHY. You can also resize, reposition, and rotate the background media directly in the editor.
Open NZXT-ESC in NZXT CAM, then go to the Background section. From there, you have several ways to customize what appears on your Kraken LCD:
- Color: Choose a solid background color or create a gradient.
- Local Media: Upload an image, animated image, or video directly from your computer. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, APNG, GIF, WebP, AVIF, and MP4.
- URL: Paste a direct media URL from the web. You can also use supported links such as YouTube or Pinterest where available.
- GIPHY: Search for GIFs directly inside NZXT-ESC and use one as your background.
- Explore: Browse available designs and community presets for inspiration or quick setup.
After adding an image, GIF, or video, you can adjust it directly in the preview. The media can be resized, repositioned, and rotated so it fits the round LCD exactly the way you want.
Once your background is set, you can continue to the Overlay section and add extra elements such as system information, CPU/GPU stats, Now Playing information, album art, audio visualizers, text, and other customizable elements.
NZXT-ESC works through NZXT CAM Web Integration, so once it is configured in CAM, your customized layout can be displayed directly on the supported Kraken LCD screen.
